Expanders Documents

Allows User to access the DocumentIn eCapture, refers to an electronic file (letter, spreadsheet, slideshow, etc.) that can be discovered; or discovered and processed. Tab to left of window.

Delete Image

The user will be able to delete images from a document or range of documents within Eclipse Admin

Export Sets

The user will have access to Export Sets in Case Administration. If Production Sets permission is not enabled, then the user can only see non-production export sets. The user can still create an export or production set (even though Production Sets is not enabled)

Production Sets

Export Sets permission is required in order to view existing Production Sets. If Export Sets permission is enabled, then the user can see all export sets.

Production Shield

The user will have access to Production Shield Option in Case Administration

Case Alerts

The user will have access to Case Alerts in the Case Details Expander May be either short notices - typically used to notify users of unscheduled or unusual situations, or separate documents.

Case Documents

The user will have access to Case Documents in the Case Details Expander Any documents pertinent to a case that are not discovery documents may be provided here. May include detailed case alert information

Create Tiff on the Fly

The user will be able to create an image of the file selected. The image will be created based on the Native Viewer. The user must have rights to the Native Viewer in order create tiff on the fly

Documents Print

The user will be able to print the file from the Native Viewer in the Document Details window

Enterprise Imaging

The user will be able to send a batch of documents for imaging utilizing ADDAutomated Digital Discovery enterprise workers

Expanders Batches

The user will have access to Batches Expander

Image Viewer

The user will have access to the Image Viewer Tab in Document Details window

Launch Native Files

The user will be able download and open the selected file in its native application if installed on the user's workstation. The native can be opened by clicking on the icons in the Documents Review Table or in the Document Details Native Viewer

Modify Grid Display

The user will be able to right click on the field headers in the Document Review Table and select Modify Grid Display. This will open the Modify Grid Display window where the user can choose which fields will be viewable in the Document Review Table

Native Viewer

The user will have access to the Native Viewer Tab in the Document Details window

Tag Management

The user will have access to the Tag Palette in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to edit and add new tags and tag groups

Tags View Page Tags

The user will be able to view Page Tags in Tags window

Disabled

The user will not be able to see the document review table or record view

View

The user will be able to see the document review table, but will not be able to edit field values in the record view

Edit

The user will be able to see the document review table and be able to edit field values in the record view and edit tags in the Tag window when in Edit Mode

View

The user will be able to see the Document Tags in the Tags window.

Edit

The user will be able to modify the Tag Display in the Tags window

Create

The user will be able to modify the Tag Display and add Tags and Tag Groups from the Tags window

Batch Review Status

The user will have access to Batch Review Status in the Case Details Expander See progress on all batches for a case, for a review pass, or an individual user.

Case Instructions

The user will have access to Case Instructions in the Case Details Expander Intended for the following types of documents:

• General procedures and information needed by users reviewing a case

• Details specific to the batches in a particular review pass

Coding Forms

The user will have access to Coding Forms in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create new and edit/delete existing coding forms

Persistent Highlighting

The user will have access to Persistent Highlighting in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create new and edit/delete existing Persistent Highlights

Pick Lists

The user will have access to Pick Lists in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create new and edit/delete existing Pick Lists

Redaction Categories

The user will have access to Redaction Categories in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create new and edit/delete existing Redaction Categories

Redactions Modify/Delete Other Users

Depending on the REDACTIONS Slider, the user will be able to either - edit redactions created by others - edit/delete redactions created by others

Relationships

The user will have access to Relationships in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create new and edit/delete existing Relationships

Review Pass Management

The user will have access to Review Pass Management in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create new and edit/delete existing Review Passes

View Case Details

The user will have access to view Case Details in Case Administration Expander

Disable

The user will not be able to view or access any batches

View

The user will be able to view and check out batches

Edit

The user will be able to view and check out batches. The user can also assign a batch to specific user, set the priority and set the batch On Hold

Split

The user will be able to view, edit and split a batch into smaller sub-batches

Delete

The user will be able to view, edit, split and delete batches

Disabled

The user will not be able to view, edit, create or delete redactions in Document Details Image Viewer

View

The user will be able to view redactions in the Document Details Image Viewer

Edit

The user will be able to edit redactions in the Document Details Image Viewer. The redaction button in the Image Viewer will be accessible. If a user only has Edit permissions, they only have rights to edit their own redactions. Enabling the Redactions Modify/Delete Other Users permission will allow the user to edit redactions created from others

Create

The user will be able to create and edit redactions in the Document Details Image Viewer. The redaction button in the Image Viewer will be accessible. Enabling the Redactions Modify/Delete Other Users permission will allow the user to edit redactions created from others

Delete

The user will be able to create, edit and delete redactions in the Document Details Image Viewer. Enabling the Redactions Modify/Delete Other Users permission will allow the user to edit and delete redactions created from others

Build Categories

The user will be able to rebuild an analytics category by right clicking on a specific category and selecting Build Categories

Expanders Analytics

The user will have access to Analytics Expander which includes Clusters and Categories

Expanders Search

Enable both Visual and Advanced Search Expander. This must be enabled for the user to use either Visual or Advanced Search

Index Management

The user will have access to Index Management in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to edit the dtSearch Index settings and execute a Full Build and Incremental Build on the dtSearch Index

Keyword Management

The user will have access to Keyword Management in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create, edit and delete Keyword Lists. The user will also be able to schedule a Keyword List job

Mass Edit

The user will be able to mass edit (Search and Replace, Copy Field, or Overwrite Field) fields or tags

Mass Export

The user will be able to export the table view to excel or comma delimited file (csv)

Mass Print Image

The user will be able to batch print a subset of document images

Quick Search

The user will have access to Quick Search. Quick Search is only available when in Expanders Documents

TAR Project Setup

The user will have access to TAR Project Setup in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create, edit and delete TAR Projects

Timeline

The user will have access to the Timeline window. The user will be able to filter documents based on DOCUMENTDATE ranges. The Timeline is only available in the Expanders Documents or Expanders Search

Edit

The user will be able to edit annotations in the Document Details Image Viewer. The annotations button in the Image Viewer will be accessible. If a user only has Edit permissions, they only have rights to edit their own annotations. Enabling the Annotations Modify/Delete Other Users permission will allow the user to edit annotations created from others

Create

The user will be able to create and edit annotations in the Document Details Image Viewer. The annotations button in the Image Viewer will be accessible. Enabling the Annotations Modify/Delete Other Users permission will allow the user to edit annotations created from others
